Bradford Waste Forum aims to:
- Support and promote existing sustainable waste initiatives
- Assist in the establishment of new practical recycling and reuse schemes
- Engage the public and local businesses in waste minimisation and local recycling schemes.
- Create training and employment opportunities.
- Offer advice on funding issues to sustainable waste projects.
- Assist community groups to access resources through Why Waste
- Offer advice on the Waste Strategy and other relevant legislation
- Host quarterly meetings to discuss waste issues, provide networking opportunities and encourage partnerships
